I have been delivering gracious, five-star hospitality for over 25 years. Following a career in restaurant management of casual dining outlets, I progressed to luxury hotels as chef, and subsequently focused my management expertise and culinary talents in private residences as estate manager and chef for the wealthy. A little over a year ago, I took the helm of a two bed and breakfasts with a combined 13 rooms, as Managing Innkeeper, Chef, and Hospitality Manger.
